  Clayton Jewelers worked closely with me and my fiance to design a custom engagement and wedding ring and purchase a diamond for it. We were in a hurry just a few weeks before our wedding, and over the course of several visits Shannon and Steven guided us through our options and the decision-making process. We were worried about going to a store in up-scale Clayton, as our budget was not huge, but went with them because of incredibly good reviews and hours we could work with. Instead of feeling pressured or in any way judged we felt well-informed. We were amazed at how quickly and accurately our tastes were understood, and how willing the staff were to order in pieces for us to see first-hand. After many great suggestions, we settled on a band and, given just a bit of description of what we had in mind, Steven suggested a unique and beautiful design for the fitting, which he executed over just a couple of days. The result was a ring that fit our budget, had the aesthetic we were looking for, and a very pleasant overall experience! They even gave us cleaning solution and were able to quickly resize and clean my grandfather's band for me to use. We left the store with the rings so happy that we walked to the fountain in the middle of the plaza and I went down on one knee and re-proposed :D

  Clayton Jewelers created the most beautiful custom engagement ring for me! It was a pleasure to work with them throughout the design process, and I am so thrilled with the final result. I can't wait to work with them again for my finance's wedding band.
